Green Lake
Green Lake, which is approximately 5 minutes southwest of us, is the home of many water sports such as seadooing water-skiing, tubing and knee boarding.
Great Trail Systems
The South Cariboo is like a paradise to everyone who enjoys trails weather it be for walking, hiking, bike riding, snowmobile or ATV. Here you will find the Sheriden Trail System, which goes all the way from Watch Lake to Sheriden Lake. The Begbie Summit Trail and the Olsens Butte Trail System , just to name a few. Just off our property there are many unmarked trails perfect for walking or bike riding. Some can be used for beginner ATV.

Local Towns
Just north of us is Lone Butte, 100 Mile House and the 108 Mile Golf Course and Heritage Park.
Be sure to watch for deer and black bears on the road to Lone Butte! A great place to eat in Lone Butte is the Iron Horse pub. They have great food and a friendly atmosphere. There is a gas station and small liquor store for your convenience.
There are many things to do in 100 Mile House. Located behind the information center is the 100 Mile Marsh. This is a great place for bird watching and to view wildlife. There is also a few large grocery stores such as Safeway and Save-on-Foods. There are many gas stations, places to eat, stores and a Mini Mall. 100 Mile house also has great trails for cross country skiing.[/text_output][/vc_column][/vc_row]
